School Leader\u2019s AI Workbook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Driving Question: Why should I be using AI as  a school leader?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The journey begins with you. <\/strong> This interactive workbook unpacks your current beliefs and understandings around AI. It guides you through a process of recognizing how and when you might use AI to both save time and level up your practice as a leader. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We suggest this resource as a starting point for leaders who may feel unsure of where to start with AI. It dives into how AI works, why you should be using it as a school leader, and gives some guidance on how to use AI to complete commonly done leadership tasks. This guide focuses more on the mindset shift and building your sense of intention and confidence around AI use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driving Question: How can I use AI to complete my administrative tasks?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now that you\u2019ve recognized how and where you might use AI, <\/strong>you are ready to start practicing with prompt generation. Using data on how administrators spend their time, we have developed a set of tried and tested prompts you can use to get started with ChatGPT. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are many resources that outline the theoretical use cases for AI, but less take and use strategies. If you are just starting out, writing prompts can feel daunting. We\u2019ve got you covered! We identified ten common tasks that take up valuable time as a school leader and could be delegated to AI<\/strong>. For each task, we provide a collection of copy and paste prompts you can use to get started.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
