Imagine you\u2019re in a dark room and you can\u2019t see a thing. You only have a flashlight to guide you, so you turn it on and point it straight ahead of you. The light falls as a perfect circle on the wall where you see a painting. If that is the only thing that you see, does it mean that there\u2019s nothing else in that room? Move the flashlight around and you\u2019ll be surprised to see that the room has tons of other stuff, maybe other paintings, and some furniture. Think of the TOK course as a tool to help you move your flashlight! In a world where we are limited to echo chambers and bubbles, the TOK curriculum is a refreshing take on critical thinking while answering a simple question- how do we know what we know?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
