This is the stage wherein students prepare to carry out the experience. This stage is crucial to ensuring students have undertaken all the necessary groundwork before they get started with the planned experience. This can take many forms including a written reflection. Students are expected to regularly reflect throughout each of these stages for every experience\/project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflection helps change a particular event into a learning experience depending on the individual\u2019s development. Hence, <strong>reflection has to be taught<\/strong>.
