Exhibitions, the culminating learning experience of the PYP, hold a special place in every PYP classroom. It gives students an opportunity to take responsibility for their learning as they actively engage in planning, presenting and assessing learning. Designed by Cindy Blackburn, this guided, visual planner will help you scaffold each step of the exhibition process while giving students agency to take ownership of their learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This guide has been updated in 2025 to ensure you have the option to use the new transdisciplinary theme descriptors and specified and additional concepts!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to use this resource:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Download the editable student planner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Make an editable copy by clicking on File -> Make a copy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Edit sections to meet the needs of your students and school context<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Make copies for each student<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Assign the planner and begin using immediately<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
