As CAS coordinators and advisers, we understand that students love engaging with the CAS programme but may find it difficult to document their experiences.  You may often catch students wondering: If  CAS is not formally assessed, do I really need to put in so much effort?<\/em> The trick is to get them to realize how valuable the CAS programme is in their journey of personal development. This is best articulated through the seven learning outcomes of CAS. These outcomes help students reflect on how they have meaningfully engaged in CAS activities and experienced personal growth. Share this dossier with your students to help them unpack the CAS outcomes and better understand how they might approach documenting their experiences.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
