Maggie has been an educator for over 30 years, 25 of these in international schools in Europe and Asia. She has taught students from age 3 to 18 in the IB PYP, MYP and DP programmes. When leading PYP workshops or consulting with schools I’m often asked about the difference between specified (key) concepts and additional (related) concepts and the role they play in planning a unit of inquiry.
