Dr. Jennifer Chang Wathall

Education Consultant & Author of AI-Powered Pedagogy: Redefining Education

Dr. Jennifer Chang Wathall, an education consultant and author, has over 30 years of experience in international education. Specializing in concept-based mathematics, curriculum design, and AI-powered pedagogy, she has delivered workshops globally to Pre-K-12 educators. A wellbeing advocate, Jennifer created an online wellbeing course for teachers and is the author of the bestselling Concept-Based Mathematics. Her latest book, AI-Powered Pedagogy: Redefining Education (2024), bridges educational technology and teacher well-being.

Frank Braccia

Head of School, Goldcrest International, India

Frank Braccia is a seasoned IB educator and school leader with an impressive career spanning over three decades. He began his journey in international education in 1991 and has been associated with IB schools since 1994. His professional experience spans across eight countries—Syria, Finland, Vietnam, Azerbaijan, Brunei, Grand Cayman, Norway, and, since 2011, India.

A native of the United States, Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Temple University and a Master of Education from Antioch University. He has taught a range of IB subjects, including IBDP Economics, IBDP History, Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and MYP Humanities. Beyond teaching, he has served as an IBDP Coordinator and Principal for PYP, MYP, and DP continuum schools.

Frank's contributions to the IB community extend to his roles as an IB examiner, IBEN workshop leader, and visiting school team member. He was a founding member and first Vice President of the Indian IB Heads Association and also served as the Chairperson of the IB Heads Association of Western India.

In recognition of his leadership, Frank has been honored twice with the Iconic Leadership Award. He was the founding Head of School for Goldcrest International School in Vashi, a testament to his pioneering spirit in educational leadership. Based in Mumbai since 2011, he is a prominent figure in the Indian international school network, widely respected for his expertise and dedication to education.

Priya Ramteke

Head of Middle School, Oberoi International School, India

With 26 years of teaching experience across India and the UK, including 15 in IB schools, Priya Ramteke is currently the Head of Middle School at Oberoi International School, Mumbai, where she led their MYP to authorization in 2018. She is presently the Head of Secondary and focuses on curriculum development and pastoral well-being of middle school students. Her other passion besides teaching, learning, and leading is yoga, for which she is an internationally certified teacher. Priya is currently involved in a self-driven project that explores the explicit teaching and development of affective ATL skills through the tools and strategies of yoga.
