The Free Pass allows participants to attend the livestream of keynotes and master classes at the main conference. The All Access Pass allows participants to attend the pre-conference, main-conference and post-conference. They also get access to networking opportunities, session recordings for 6 months after the main-conference, a PD certificate, and a conference journal.

As a Free Pass holder, you can upgrade to an All Access Pass anytime. Simply explore the All Access Pass and Group Pass options here and get the pass of your choice.

If you would like to transfer your All Access Pass, please email ties@toddleapp.com with your full name, booking reference / invoice number. We shall get back to you with next steps once you email us.

Yes, you can purchase an All Access Group pass even if all members of the group do not work in the same school. Simply explore the group pass plans here, and pick the most suitable for your group.

For groups of over 9 attendees, the buyer will be prompted to enter buyer details. After the transaction, the buyer will receive a mail with a link to a form where they should enter attendee details. The buyer could hence fill this form when they have all attendee details with them.

In case of groups with less than 9 attendees, all attendee details will have to be entered at the time of buying passes, and hence will be required to make the transaction.

Please find the cancellation policy below:

• 75% refund if the ticket is cancelled between November 17, 2021 - December 15, 2021. 
• 50% refund if the ticket is cancelled between December 15, 2021 - January 15, 2022. 
• 25% refund if the ticket is cancelled between January 15, 2022 - February 7, 2022. 
• February 8 onwards, tickets can only be transferred, and not cancelled.

All refunds are exclusive of the processing charges.

If you wish to cancel your event booking then please email ties@toddleapp.com and provide your name, and booking reference or invoice number. We shall do our best to refund per the above policy, within 4 weeks of the request.

All Access Pass holders and attendees on the All Access Group Pass will have access to recordings for 6 months post the main conference.

Attendees on the Free Pass will not have access to recordings.

The Free Pass lets attendees access only the livestream of select keynotes and master classes at the main-conference. If you’d like to stick with the Free Pass, livestream links will be shared closer to the event date.If you would like to update your pass to the All Access Pass, and unlock tons of other conference features and sessions, learn more about the Pass here.

• Participating schools can share work pertaining to any grade level, subject, or teaching and learning initiative. 
• Participating schools should make sure their content is authentic and focuses on approaches that foster inquiry in the learning community. 
• Participating schools should make sure they have the requisite parent permissions when sharing student photographs, videos, or work samples. 
• Each participating school team can comprise upto 3 members.

• Participants can be classroom teachers, coordinators, curriculum designers, learning specialists, technology leads or heads of schools. That is, participants should be currently involved with teaching and learning at a school.
• Participants can share work pertaining to any grade level(s) and subject(s).
• Participants should make sure their content is authentic and focuses on inquiry-based, student-led learning. 
• Participants should make sure they have the requisite school and parental permissions for sharing student photographs, videos and work samples.
