Sarah Phillips
With over 20 years of experience in many leadership roles, including Head of School, Sarah has considerable knowledge of the IB MYP curriculum. She has been an MYP mathematics educator, workshop leader, and consultant. She has a great passion for student-centered, inquiry-based teaching and learning. She now works as Director of learning and engagement at Toddle.
Dina Katafago
Dina Katafago Elias is an IB educator and an examiner for Personal Project, English Language and Literature and Interdisciplinary Learning. She is a Workshop Leader and has delivered workshops on Personal Project, Approaches to Learning and The Power and Impact of Digital Assessment. Previously, she was a Personal Project Coordinator and ATL Leader. Dina was involved in redeveloping the IBMYP Personal Project Workshop Leader material. Currently, Dina is also a Trainer of Teachers with the University of Wisconsin Stout’s programme: Development in Early Childhood: Working with Young Children. At present, she is the Deputy Head of the Middle Years (Academic) and the IBMYP Coordinator at the Amman Baccalaureate School. She has an MA in Leadership from the University of Wales and a Post Graduate Certificate in Educational Studies from the University of Bath.
Patricia Villegas
Patricia Villegas has been an experienced IB educator in the Americas region since 2002. She was principal examiner for MYP personal project and examiner for interdisciplinary. Patricia consulted on MYP Next Chapter and e-assessment. She participated in the MYP interdisciplinary e-assessment as examiner in English and senior examiner in Spanish. She was involved in the guide reviews of the previous personal project guides,the interdisciplinary teaching and learning guide and most recently worked with the Language acquisition guide and in the provision of teachers support material (TSM). At present she is an MYP site visitor, workshop leader and PC faculty manager for MYP projects. Patricia holds a master's degree in Education Management from Bath University (UK). She has worked as DP TOK and history and MYP teacher and personal project coordinator, Humanities and Language Acquisition teacher in the past and has over 30 years of experience in the education sector. At present, she is the Deputy Head of the Middle Years (Academic) and the IBMYP Coordinator at the Amman Baccalaureate School. She has an MA in Leadership from the University of Wales and a Post Graduate Certificate in Educational Studies from the University of Bath.
