Settling In Report

The Settling In Report provides initial feedback on a student’s transition into the classroom environment at the beginning of the academic year or upon joining a new school. It assesses factors such as social integration, comfort level, and early indicators of academic engagement.

You can create Settling In Reports on Toddle effortlessly. Homeroom Teacher comments can be enabled where the teacher’s observations can be documented, along with evidence.

You can also customize the report with added pages and additional comment boxes as needed, to capture diverse aspects of each student’s adjustment and integration into the classroom.

In the comments, you can easily add relevant evidence by adding links or files from your device, Google, or OneDrive. You can even add it directly from the portfolio on Toddle!

Term/Year-End Report

The Term/Year-End Report provides a comprehensive summary of a student’s academic, social, and emotional progress over a designated period, whether it’s the end of a term or the academic year. This report captures growth, achievements, challenges, and areas of development for the student, within a broader timeframe. 

On Toddle, you can capture growth by adding spaces in the report for achievements or milestones, and even for areas of improvement. You also have the flexibility to enable rating options for learning goals, enhancing the visibility of academic progress within these reports. You can also use the ‘grading history’ that displays the progression of the student from the start of the academic year to make informed choices.

Fields to Include in your Term/Year-End Report on Toddle:

  • Student details
  • Homeroom teacher
  • Reporting period (term/year)
  • Attendance
  • Assessment criteria description
  • Academic progress across subjects (subject Reports)

Parent-Teacher Conference Summary

A Parent-teacher conference summary documents key discussion points, action items, and agreements reached during meetings between educators and parents/guardians. These summaries ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations between home and school.
