The role hasn’t changed, the load has. From navigating AI and supporting teacher burnout to shifting expectations and protecting learning, your pace as an independent school leader can feel relentless.

The School Leaders Innovation Forum: Philadelphia will bring together more than forty regional leaders for a powerful day of professional learning. This in-person event will create space to pause, gain perspective, and explore how to lead with clarity in uncertain times.

Hear from Dr. Aroutis Foster from Drexel University, Jody Kokladas from Shady Side Academy, William Stites from Montclair Kimberley Academy, and other influential North Eastern school leaders about how they are navigating the complexities of change, learning, and assessment in the world of AI. Together, we will strengthen the network of changemakers shaping the future of independent schools.
