What does leadership require in a time of radical change?

Schools are navigating shifts that feel deeper than surface reform, especially as AI reshapes how knowledge is accessed and assessed. Expectations around wellbeing, engagement, and culture continue to evolve. And leaders are being asked to hold it all with clarity and steadiness.

Last year’s meetup brought 150 school leaders together to reflect on the challenges and opportunities shaping contemporary leadership. On Friday, 8th May, we return to Taronga Zoo to continue that conversation with a sharper focus and intention.

Dr. Kristy Goodwin will explore the neuroscience of peak performance in an AI-influenced world. Aimee Presnall will reveal the often-overlooked foundation of strong team culture, with practical steps to build more energising, effective teams.

This is a day to think alongside peers about what should evolve, what should stay anchored, and how we lead in ways that are both forward-looking and deeply human.
