Independent and faith-based schools across Florida have spent years building richer, more intentional approaches to teaching and learning. But that work can stay siloed โ inside one classroom, one department, or one school โ with no shared language for what comes next, especially as AI reshapes what's possible. So how can we reimagine school and redesign learning with purpose and intention, together?
We aim to explore that question at Toddleโs first Non-Public School Leaders Meetup, happening October 5 at The Balcony Orlando in downtown Orlando. The event will bring together school leaders from independent and faith-based schools across Central Florida and surrounding regions who are navigating many of the same questions about what learning should look like next. Dr. Mandy Pacheco will kick off the conversation with her keynote, Curiosity, Interrupted, followed by a moderated panel discussion, an interactive workshop, and dedicated time to connect with fellow school leaders. Byron M. Lawson Jr. will close out the day with his talk, Authenticity vs. Productivity. You wonโt want to miss it!

Florida school leaders head a panel discussion on mission-minded leadership in an age of AI, and Dr. Crystal Gifford will lead a workshop on your genius archetype.
