On 25 March 2026, 120+ IB leaders from across Europe and Asia gathered at NMAJS in Mumbai for a day dedicated to shaping future-ready IB schools in the AI era.

Dr Jennifer Chang Wathall challenged the room to consider what good AI use looks like when guided by IB principles. Monita Sen explored the conditions for emerging digital literacy and how to build a coherent approach from Early Years onwards. IB leaders shared best practice on using AI to strengthen personalisation, curriculum planning, and data analysis, bringing the conversation to life through real examples.
