For groups of over 9 attendees, the buyer will be prompted to enter buyer details. After the transaction, the buyer will receive a mail with a link to a form where they should enter attendee details. The buyer could hence fill this form when they have all attendee details with them.
In case of groups with less than 9 attendees, all attendee details will have to be entered at the time of buying passes, and hence will be required to make the transaction.
Early bird rates are applicable till January 2nd, 2022.
Yes, you can purchase an All Access Group Pass even if all members of the group do not work in the same school.
Please find the cancellation policy below:
- 75% refund if the ticket is cancelled between November 17, 2021 - December 15, 2021.
- 50% refund if the ticket is cancelled between December 15, 2021 - January 15, 2022.
- 25% refund if the ticket is cancelled between January 15, 2022 - February 7, 2022.
- February 8 onwards, tickets can only be transferred, and not cancelled.
All refunds are exclusive of the processing charges.
If you wish to cancel your event booking then please email email@example.com and provide your name, and booking reference or invoice number. We shall do our best to refund per the above policy, within 4 weeks of the request.
