For groups of over 9 attendees, the buyer will be prompted to enter buyer details. After the transaction, the buyer will receive a mail with a link to a form where they should enter attendee details. The buyer could hence fill this form when they have all attendee details with them.
In case of groups with less than 9 attendees, all attendee details will have to be entered at the time of buying passes, and hence will be required to make the transaction.

All refunds are exclusive of the processing charges.
If you wish to cancel your event booking then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, and booking reference or invoice number. We shall do our best to refund per the above policy, within 4 weeks of the request.
If you would like to transfer your ticket, please email email@example.com with your name, booking reference / invoice number. We shall get back to you with next steps there.
