Gong is used to record calls for monitoring and training purposes. All calls are recorded with the consent of all participants.
User Email IDs
We use the Amazon Web Services (AWS) for all our data storage. The data stored here is personally identifiable. Whenever a user sees a piece of information, it is retrieved from AWS. All the information stored is encrypted.
Student Names, Student Work, Grade
Sentry gets a randomly generated unique ID for every user. Sentry sends us bugs in the codes faced by users with these unique IDs.

This sends Push Notifications. They do not receive personally identifiable information of users and send the information to random device ID.

This is used for web notifications. They also do not receive personally identifiable information.
Toddle assigned User ID and Class ID
Google Analytics is used for tracking the actions that users take on our website (not the platform). This is again an aggregate variable and personally identifiable information is not seen by Google.
Site usage and IP addresses
Dreamhost is used for hosting the website. No personally identifiable information reaches them.

Intercom is Toddle's knowledge base & provide chat support integration for end user support. Intercom have access to personally identifiable information of the users. Anyone who logs in the system, Intercom receives their information
